The interior of Koogi house boasts an alluring fusion of countryside charm with understated freshness. The large windows allow natural light to flood the house whilst offering calming views of surrounding greenery. The wooden floors, doors and staircase combined with the fireplaces and the high ceiling in the living room give Koogi House a unique rustic and warm ambiance.
The house features an entrance foyer that is a central space that leads to nearly all the rooms. The living room has a fireplace that provides much needed log fire warmth to complete the evening ambience and is the focal point for a lively conversation. The living room incorporates a bar area with views of the gardens. * Bar Policy– BYOB (please bring your own bottle).
The separate dining area offers formal dining set up. The kitchen is fully functional with most of the appliances in place.
The sun room is the center piece of the house and offers a reclining space indoors whilst enjoying an outdoor ambience. It opens out to a large terrace and beautiful gardens beyond. This terrace has an 8 seater outdoor dining table as well as an informal seating area for those sunny evenings.
The house has 2 double + 1 twin bedrooms on the ground level with 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has provision for an ensuite bathroom.
The upper floor has an attic bedroom with a fireplace and an ensuite bathroom.
